Melissa is such a caring therapist. She has a different approach and outlook compared to other counselors I have worked with. She helped me move past my trauma and really helped me when other therapists couldn't. I highly recommend her, she is fantastic!
Posted by anonymous - Melissa is the best therapist I could have asked for. I've had counseling in the past but never got the help I needed. All I can say is she changed my world for the better!

I saw Melissa, my therapist, for chronic pain management and anxiety. She was so patient and kind, trying different techniques until we found ones that worked for my issues. I used to have daily anxiety episodes but since ending my therapy almost a month ago, I have only had a couple anxiety attacks and now I have the tools to get through them. I am now living my life and not letting my pain and anxiety keep me disabled. I highly recommend this therapist!

This includes preparation time, drive time, wait time, testimony and all other time associated with testimony. A retainer is required in advance for testimony services.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACTUAL ASSESSMENTS CANNOT BE DISTRIBUTED TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE INTERPRETED IN THE FINAL REPORT. BOTH THE EVALUATION AND TESTIMONY COSTS ARE REQUIRED UP FRONT IN CASH ONLY AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
